1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Herz application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Herz. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You may not create more than one account
- You may not use another person's account without permission
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Post explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use the App for commercial purposes, solicitation, or advertising
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
- Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers
- Share personal contact information of other users without consent
5. Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant Herz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of providing our services.
6. Premium Subscription
- Herz offers premium subscriptions with additional features
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
7. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Herz and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or is harmful to other users or the App.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of compatibility scores, match suggestions, or any other feature outputs.
11. Limitation of Liability
Herz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages arising from interactions with other users.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ankara, Turkey.

1. Kosullarin Kabulu
Herz uygulamasini ("Uygulama") indirerek, yukleyerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanim Kosullarina bagli olmayi kabul edersiniz. Kabul etmiyorsaniz Uygulamayi kullanmayiniz.
2. Uygunluk
Herz'i kullanmak icin en az 18 yasinda olmaniz gerekmektedir. Hesap olusturarak en az 18 yasinda oldugunuzu ve bu Kosullara girme yasal ehliyetine sahip oldugunuzu beyan ve garanti edersiniz.
3. Hesap Kaydi
- Kayit sirasinda dogru ve eksiksiz bilgi vermelisiniz
- Hesabinizin gizliligini korumaktan siz sorumlusunuz
- Birden fazla hesap olusturamzsiniz
- Baska bir kisinin hesabini izinsiz kullanamazsiniz
4. Kullanici Davranisi
Asagidakileri yapmayacaginizi kabul edersiniz:
- Uygulamayi yasadisi amaclarla kullanmak
- Diger kullanicilari taciz etmek, tehdit etmek veya yildirmak
- Mustechen, saldirgan veya uygunsuz icerik paylasmak
- Herhangi bir kisi veya kurulus gibi davranmak
- Uygulamayi ticari amaclarla, talep toplama veya reklam icin kullanmak
- Diger kullanicilarin hesaplarina yetkisiz erisim saglamaya calismak
- Otomatik sistemler, botlar veya kaziyicilar kullanmak
- Diger kullanicilarin kisisel iletisim bilgilerini izinsiz paylasmak
5. Icerik
Paylastiginiz icerigin mulkiyeti size aittir. Icerik paylasarak, Herz'e hizmetlerimizi saglamak amaciyla iceriginizi Uygulama icerisinde kullanma, gosterme ve dagitma konusunda munhasir olmayan, dunya capinda, telifsiz bir lisans verirsiniz.
6. Premium Abonelik
- Herz ek ozellikler iceren premium abonelik sunmaktadir
- Abonelikler, yenileme tarihinden en az 24 saat once iptal edilmedikce otomatik olarak yenilenir
- Odeme, satin alma onayinda Apple ID hesabinizdan tahsil edilir
- Abonelikleri cihazinizin Ayarlar > Apple ID > Abonelikler bolumunden yonetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz
- Kismi abonelik donemleri icin iade yapilmaz
7. Fikri Mulkiyet
Uygulama ve orijinal icerigi, ozellikleri ve islevleri Herz'e aittir ve uluslararasi telif hakki, ticari marka ve diger fikri mulkiyet yasalari ile korunmaktadir.
8. Gizlilik
Uygulamayi kullaniminiz ayrica bu Kosullara referans yoluyla dahil edilen Gizlilik Politikamiz tarafindan yonetilmektedir.
9. Fesih
Bu Kosullari, Topluluk Kurallarimizi ihlal ettigini veya diger kullanicilar ya da Uygulama icin zararli oldugunu belirledigimiz davranislar nedeniyle hesabinizi onceden haber vermeksizin istedigimiz zaman feshedebilir veya askiya alabiliriz.
10. Garanti Reddi
Uygulama herhangi bir garanti olmaksizin "oldugu gibi" sunulmaktadir. Uyumluluk puanlarinin, eslestirme onerilerinin veya baska herhangi bir ozellik ciktisinin dogrulugunu garanti etmiyoruz.
11. Sorumluluk Sinirlamasi
Herz, diger kullanicilarla etkilesimlerden kaynaklanan zararlar dahil ancak bunlarla sinirli olmamak uzere, Uygulamayi kullaniminizdan kaynaklanan dolayli, arizi, ozel, sonuca bagli veya cezai zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
12. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu Kosullar Turkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarina tabidir. Her turlu uyusmazlik Ankara, Turkiye mahkemelerinde cozumlenecektir.
