Hesap açarak 18+ olduğunu, tek hesap kullanacağını, başkasına zarar vermeyeceğini kabul ediyorsun. Kurallara uymayan hesaplar kapatılır ve aynı telefon veya Apple ID ile tekrar açılamaz.
1. Kabul
Herz uygulamasını ("Uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarına bağlı olmayı kabul edersin. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsan Uygulamayı kullanma.
2. Yaş ve uygunluk
Herz yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzeri içindir. Kayıt olurken doğum tarihi alınır; 18 yaş altı hesap oluşturulmasına izin verilmez. Hesap oluşturarak en az 18 yaşında olduğunu ve bu Koşullara girme yasal ehliyetine sahip olduğunu beyan edersin.
3. Hesap
- Kayıtta doğru ve güncel bilgi verirsin.
- Bir kişi yalnızca bir hesap açabilir. Birden fazla hesap tespit edildiğinde hepsi kapatılır.
- Hesabının güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun. Apple ile Giriş veya SMS kodunu başka biriyle paylaşma.
- Başkasının kimliğini, fotoğrafını veya özelliklerini kullanarak profil oluşturamazsın (catfishing).
4. Davranış kuralları
Kullanıcı davranışı ayrıca Topluluk Kuralları ile yönetilir. Aşağıdakileri yapmayacağını kabul edersin:
- Herhangi bir kişiyi taciz etmek, tehdit etmek, yıldırmak veya ayrımcılığa uğratmak
- Çıplaklık, cinsel içerikli, şiddet içeren veya nefret sembolleri taşıyan içerik paylaşmak
- 18 yaş altı kişilerle iletişim kurmak veya onları içeren içerik paylaşmak
- Ticari amaçlı mesaj, reklam, satış veya bağış toplama
- Finansal dolandırıcılık, sahte kimlik, ürün tanıtımı
- Bot, scraper veya otomatik sistemler kullanmak
- Başka kullanıcılara ait kişisel bilgiyi izinsiz paylaşmak
- Uygulamaya veya altyapısına zarar verecek herhangi bir eylem
5. Kullanıcı içeriği
Uygulamaya yüklediğin fotoğraflar ve mesajlar senin mülkiyetindedir. Yüklediğin içeriği Herz'e yalnızca hizmet sunmak amacıyla göstermek, saklamak ve iletmek için sınırlı, dünya çapında, telifsiz bir lisans verirsin. Hesabını sildiğinde bu lisans sona erer ve içerik 30 gün içinde kalıcı olarak silinir.
Yüklediğin içeriğin haklarına sahip olduğunu, kimsenin izinsiz görüntüsünü veya telif haklı materyali içermediğini beyan edersin.
6. Otomatik içerik denetimi
Her fotoğraf AWS Rekognition ile otomatik olarak taranır. Çıplaklık, cinsel içerik, şiddet veya nefret sembolleri tespit edildiğinde fotoğraf kabul edilmez. Denetim otomatiktir ve kararını gerektiğinde manuel inceleme takip edebilir.
7. Bildir / Engelle / Yasak
Uygulama içinde her profilde ve sohbet ekranında Bildir ve Engelle seçeneği vardır. Bildirimler 24 saat içinde incelenir. Kuralları ağır ya da tekrar eden şekilde ihlal eden hesaplar kalıcı olarak yasaklanır. Yasaklanan kullanıcılar aynı telefon veya Apple ID ile tekrar kayıt olamaz — bu iz tek yönlü karma (salt + SHA-256) olarak tutulur.
8. Abonelik ve ödeme
Herz ücretsiz olarak kullanılabilir. Ek özellikler için isteğe bağlı otomatik yenilenen abonelik sunulur:
- Ödeme, satın alma onayında Apple ID hesabından tahsil edilir.
- Abonelik, mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik olarak yenilenir.
- Yenileme ücreti, mevcut dönem bitmeden 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir.
- Abonelikleri Ayarlar › Apple ID › Abonelikler üzerinden yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsin.
- Ücretsiz deneme süresinin kullanılmayan kısmı, abonelik satın alındığında sona erer.
- Kısmi abonelik dönemleri için iade yapılmaz; iade talepleri App Store politikalarına tabidir.
9. Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulama, logo, marka, arayüz tasarımı ve yazılım Herz'e aittir ve telif hakkı, ticari marka ve ilgili diğer fikri mülkiyet kanunları ile korunur. Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz veya türev çalışma oluşturamazsın.
10. Hesap silme ve fesih
Hesabını istediğin zaman Ayarlar › Hesabı sil üzerinden silebilirsin. Silme iki aşamalıdır (e-posta doğrulama kodu) ve onaylandıktan sonra profil, fotoğraf ve mesajlar 30 gün içinde kalıcı olarak silinir.
Bu Koşulları veya Topluluk Kurallarını ihlal ettiğini tespit edersek hesabını uyarı olmadan feshedebiliriz. Fesih durumunda abonelik iade edilmez.
11. Sorumluluk reddi
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Herz, eşleşmelerin kalitesi, kullanıcılarla tanışman veya fiziksel olarak bulusmandan doğabilecek sonuçlar hakkında hiçbir garanti vermez. Gerçek hayatta tanıştığın kişilerle ilgili güvenlik kararları tamamen sana aittir.
Güvenlik önerileri: ilk buluşmaları halka açık yerlerde yap; başkasına para gönderme; yakınlarından birine nereye gittiğini söyle.
12. Sorumluluk sınırlaması
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Herz; Uygulamayı kullanımından, diğer kullanıcılarla etkileşimlerinden veya Uygulamaya erişememesinden kaynaklanan dolaylı, arızi, özel, sonuca bağlı veya cezai zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Toplam sorumluluğumuz her durumda, son 12 ayda bize ödediğin abonelik tutarı ile sınırlıdır.
13. Değişiklikler
Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içi bildirim veya bu sayfada tarih güncellemesi ile bildiririz. Değişiklik sonrası Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen güncel Koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
14. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklar Ankara mahkemeleri ve icra dairelerinde çözülür. Tüketici olarak sahip olduğun yasal haklar saklıdır.

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using the Herz application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Age & eligibility
Herz is for users aged 18 and older only. We collect your date of birth at sign-up and reject accounts under 18. By creating an account you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Your account
- You provide accurate and current information at sign-up.
- One person, one account. Duplicate accounts are terminated.
- You are responsible for your account's security. Do not share your SMS code or Sign in with Apple credential.
- You may not create a profile using someone else's identity, photos, or attributes (no catfishing).
4. Conduct
User conduct is also governed by our Community Guidelines. You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against any person
- Post nudity, sexually explicit, violent, or hate-symbol content
- Contact minors or post content depicting minors
- Use the App for commercial messaging, advertising, sales, or solicitation
- Commit financial fraud, identity fraud, or product promotion
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools
- Share another user's personal information without their consent
- Interfere with the App or its infrastructure
5. User content
You retain ownership of the photos and messages you upload. You grant Herz a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and transmit your content solely to operate the service. This license terminates when you delete your account, and your content is permanently deleted within 30 days.
You represent that you own the rights to the content you upload and that it does not contain anyone else's image without their consent or any copyrighted material you are not authorized to use.
6. Automated content moderation
Every photo is automatically scanned by AWS Rekognition. Photos containing nudity, sexual content, violence, or hate symbols are rejected. Moderation is automated, and decisions may be followed by manual review where necessary.
7. Report / Block / Ban
Every profile and every chat screen includes Report and Block. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Severe or repeated violations result in permanent ban. Banned users cannot re-register with the same phone or Apple ID — we store this as a one-way salted SHA-256 hash.
8. Subscription & payment
Herz is free to use. Premium features are available as an optional auto-renewing subscription:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- The renewal charge occurs within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- No refunds for partial subscription periods; refund requests are governed by App Store policy.
9. Intellectual property
The App, logo, brand, UI design, and software are owned by Herz and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App.
10. Account deletion & termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings › Delete Account. Deletion is two-step (email confirmation code); once confirmed, profile, photos, and messages are permanently deleted within 30 days.
We may terminate your account without notice if we determine you've violated these Terms or the Community Guidelines. No refund is issued on termination for cause.
11. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". Herz makes no warranty about the quality of matches, about other users, or about anything that may happen when you meet in person. Decisions about meeting anyone in real life are entirely your own.
Safety tips: meet in public places for first dates; never send money; tell someone you trust where you're going.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Herz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, your interactions with other users, or any inability to access the App. Our total liability in any event is limited to the amount you paid us in subscriptions in the last 12 months.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes in-app or by updating the date on this page. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes are resolved in the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara, Turkey. Your statutory rights as a consumer are preserved.
