Herz: Hakediş (“Uygulama”), yüklediğiniz inşaat hakediş dosyalarını (Excel/PDF) okuyup proje künyesi ve kategori bazında imalat miktarlarını çıkaran, aritmetiği doğrulayan ve raporlarınızı yalnızca sizin erişiminize açık şekilde arşivleyen, tek kullanıcılı bir belge aracıdır. Bu metin, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) kapsamında aydınlatma yükümlülüğünü ve verilerinizin nasıl işlendiğini açıklar.

İşlemediğimiz veriler: Uygulama konum bilgisi, kişi rehberi, sağlık verisi, fotoğraf kütüphanesi, reklam kimliği (IDFA) veya çapraz-uygulama izleme verisi toplamaz. Uygulamada reklam ve üçüncü taraf analiz/izleme aracı yoktur. Uygulama içi satın almalar (kredi paketleri) Apple üzerinden yapılır; kart veya banka bilginiz hiçbir zaman sunucularımıza ulaşmaz. Sizden hiçbir zaman parola, kart veya banka bilgisi istemez.
Uygulamaya yalnızca Apple ile Giriş ile girilir. Apple, sizi doğrular ve uygulamaya bir kimlik jetonu verir; bu jeton kimlik altyapımız (Supabase) tarafından doğrulanarak hesabınız oluşturulur. Apple’ın “E-postamı Gizle” özelliğini seçerseniz gerçek e-posta adresiniz bizimle paylaşılmaz; yerine yalnızca size gelen iletileri ileten bir özel aktarma adresi kullanılır. Hesap kimliğiniz ve çıkarılan raporlarınız Avrupa Birliği’nde (Almanya, Frankfurt), Supabase altyapısında saklanır. Yüklediğiniz özgün dosya da aynı bölgede, özel (herkese kapalı) depolamada tutulur; ancak yalnızca çıkarım süresince geçici olarak bulunur ve işlem biter bitmez silinir (bkz. madde 6). Hiçbir dosya için herkese açık bağlantı oluşturulmaz. Erişim, satır düzeyinde güvenlik (RLS) ile yalnızca hesap sahibine ve güvenilen sunucuya açıktır.
Hizmeti sunabilmek için sınırlı sayıda işleyiciyle çalışıyoruz:
Bu işleyicilerin bir kısmı verileri AB içinde, çıkarım hizmeti (Anthropic) ise verinin türüne göre yurt dışında işleyebilir. Hakediş dosyasını yüklemeniz, bu işlemenin gerçekleşmesi için verdiğiniz açık rızayı içerir (KVKK m.9). Rızanızı geri almak isterseniz raporlarınızı veya hesabınızı silebilirsiniz (bkz. madde 7).
Yüklediğiniz özgün dosya (Excel/PDF), yalnızca çıkarım işlemi için kullanılır ve işlem tamamlanır tamamlanmaz silinir; depolamada saklanmaz. Saklanan ve arşivinizin amacı olan şey, dosyadan çıkarılan rapordur. Raporlarınız siz silene kadar arşivinizde kalır; bir raporu istediğiniz zaman uygulamadan tek tek silebilirsiniz. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde verileriniz kalıcı olarak yok edilir (bkz. madde 7). Satın alma kayıtları (StoreKit işlem kimliği ve kredi bakiyesi) hesabınız var oldukça saklanır ve hesabınızla birlikte silinir. Yasal bir yükümlülük nedeniyle daha uzun saklanan başka bir kayıt bulunmamaktadır.
Ücretsiz deneme kullanımınız, kişisel veri içermeyen, geri döndürülemez (tek yönlü) bir kimlik karşısında yalnızca iki sayı olarak (kaç ücretsiz okuma/oluşturma kullanıldığı) tutulur. Bu kayıt, hesabınızı silseniz dahi yalnızca ücretsiz hakların tekrar tekrar kötüye kullanılmasını önlemek amacıyla, bu amaç sürdüğü müddetçe saklanır (KVKK m.5/2-f — meşru menfaat). Bu işlemeye itiraz etmek için bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz (bkz. madde 7).
KVKK m.11 uyarınca; kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltilmesini, silinmesini ya da yok edilmesini isteme ve işlemeye itiraz etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Bu haklar için:
Önemli not: Uygulama içi satın almalar tek seferlik tüketilebilir kredi paketleridir; otomatik yenilenen abonelik yoktur. Satın aldığınız krediler iade taleplerinde Apple’ın politikasına tabidir; tüketilmiş (kullanılmış) krediler iade sonrasında geri yüklenmez.
Tüm ağ trafiği TLS (HTTPS) ile şifrelenir. Veriler bulunduğu yerde (Supabase) şifreli saklanır. Sunucu kayıtlarımız dosya içeriğini veya parasal değerleri kaydetmez; yalnızca işlem üst verisini (kim, ne zaman, sonuç) tutar.
Uygulama profesyonel bir araçtır ve çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bilerek 13 yaşından küçüklerden veri toplamayız.
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli bir değişiklikte yürürlük tarihini yenileriz; güncel sürüm her zaman bu adreste yayınlanır.
Herz: Hakediş (the “App”) is a single-user document tool. You upload your own construction progress-payment (hakediş) files (Excel/PDF); the App reads them, extracts the project header and per-category work quantities, checks the arithmetic, and archives the reports so that only you can see them. This policy explains how your data is handled under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law (“KVKK”).

What we do not collect: the App collects no location, contacts, health data, photo library, advertising identifier (IDFA), or cross-app tracking data. There are no ads and no third-party analytics/tracking SDKs. In-app purchases (credit packs) are processed by Apple; your card or bank details never reach our servers. We never ask you for a password, card, or bank details.
Sign in with Apple is the only way to sign in. Apple authenticates you and gives the App an identity token, which our identity layer (Supabase) verifies to create your account. If you use Apple’s “Hide My Email,” your real email is never shared with us — a private relay address that forwards only to you is used instead.
Your account identity and extracted reports are stored in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany) on Supabase infrastructure. Your uploaded original file is held in the same region in private storage, but only transiently during extraction — it is deleted as soon as processing completes (see section 6). No file ever has a public link; access is restricted by row-level security (RLS) to the account owner and the trusted server only.
We use a small set of processors to run the service:
Some processors handle data within the EU; the extraction service (Anthropic) may process data outside the EU depending on its configuration. Uploading a hakediş file constitutes your explicit consent to this processing and transfer. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your reports or your account (see section 7).
Your uploaded original file (Excel/PDF) is used only for the extraction and is deleted as soon as processing completes; it is not kept in storage. What we retain — and the purpose of your archive — is the report extracted from the file. Your reports remain in your archive until you delete them; you can delete any report individually at any time. Deleting your account permanently erases your data (see section 7). Purchase records (StoreKit transaction id and credit balance) are kept while your account exists and are deleted with it. No records are retained longer for any legal obligation.
Your free-tier usage is recorded against a pseudonymous, irreversible (one-way) identifier as nothing more than two counters (how many free reads/creates were used). This record is retained after account deletion solely to prevent repeat abuse of the free tier, for as long as that purpose lasts, on the basis of our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). You may object to this processing by contacting us (see section 7).
Under the GDPR (and KVKK) you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise them:
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Turkey, the KVKK Authority; in the EU, your local Data Protection Authority).
Important: in-app purchases are one-time consumable credit packs; there is no auto-renewable subscription. Purchased credits are subject to Apple’s refund policy; credits already consumed are not restored after a refund.
All network traffic is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS). Data is encrypted at rest where it is stored (Supabase). Our server logs do not record file contents or monetary values — only operational metadata (who, when, outcome).
The App is a professional tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. For a material change we will update the effective date; the current version is always published at this address.
